This is going to be hard to explain so try to bare with me...
Normally, the first hour on hemo is fine, but after that i begin to get sweaty, and i begin to get uncomfortable, keep tossing and turning, and then... its like i feel faint, but fully aware of my surroundings, and this gets worse as time moves on.
I'll be fine within an hour or so after getting off the hemo...
does this happen to anyone else?

Maybe blood pressure or anxiety? Those are the first things that come to my mind.

Are they giving you meds before you start the run?
Are you getting meds during treatment before the sweats start? I noticed if I am given too high a dose of Benadryl lately I will get the sweats and be in pain.
Are you using a reuse dialyzer? Turns out I was allergic to renalyn and some fibers in the dialyzer. Same symptoms.
Tell someone when it is happening. They don't know if you do not report it happening.
Suggest changing dialyzers if possible. I have had to have the unit get special dialyzers just for me. And I am sure they have the right one up when I come in for treatment.

When I first started hemo something like that happened to me almost everyother session. For me, it was a mix of anxiety and exhaustion. I used to go out late the night before treatment so I could sleep at my 5:30am shift. But nope I was wide awake. :banghead; Sometimes by the end of the shift I felt a bit dizzy and I'd call for a ride home. However, instead of feeling better and hour later, I ended up sleeping all day.

Sounds like a drop in BP.

I'd like to thank everyone for their advice, however, the cause of my episodes has been uncovered...
My teslo lines are weeping pus, which may have been getting into my blood in small amounts while i was on hemo..
I just got back from Hemo today, feeling "normal" (or close to it) due to having Vancomycin (SP?) while i was on hemo.
Due to this, the doctors intend to preserve the Line with antibiotics, they have also upped the time-table for me to go back to PD in two weeks (4th Oct) instead of waiting until just after October, so hopefully things will work out...
I'll keep you all updated as things unfold.
