Title: Spicy BBQ Sauce - Kidney freindly

Hey, I have a recipe that is kidney friendly and good for  diet
Spicy BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

    *
      2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    *
      1 tablespoon flour
    *
      1/4 cup dark corn syrup
    *
      1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
    *
      1/4 cup onion, chopped
    *
      1 cup water
    *
      2 teaspoon dry mustard
    *
      2 tablespoons tomato paste
    *
      1 teaspoon Tabasco® sauce
    *
      1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet® seasoning

Preparation

   1.
      Stir oil and flour together to make a paste.
   2.
      Add remaining ingredients.
   3.
      Cook the mixture on low heat until it thickens.
   4.
      Brush sauce on baked or grilled meat.
