Title: CiteHealth site - rate your dialysis center

I came across any interesting site this morning.  It's an open access/open data site to information about health care facilities, including dialysis centers.  Here is the link to the "about" page that tells you who they are and why they made the site available.

I think it's relatively new because not much has been rated.
