why do I have to delete a pm if I do not have 100 pms to get a new message
like I have 38 pms and I have to delete one to get a new one
our limit is 100

I am not sure, but if they are large messages they make take up more room?
I will try to find out.

One of two reasons: 1. Too much space used up in an allotted PM box, or a glitch in the system.

I've had to do the same thing, twirl. When I sign in, it says I have a new message, but it doesn't show up until I delete an old one.
-
Same here, but this is relatively new, like in the past two months or so.
-
We have found that if we reverse the order the PMs are displayed, it puts the newest one at the top of the first page.
-
how do you do that
sounds like a great idea
thanks

click on the word "date" at the top of the column. an arrow will appear and clicking on it reverses the date order of the displayed PMs
