Very emotional week

:'(Just a little history. We live in Southern Maryland (75+ miles southeast of Washington DC). We are a very small community that is spread out and covers many miles with lots of open farmland. We are home to Patuxent River Naval Air Station. One of our own was killed in Afghanistan on Friday August 1st, Sgt Ryan Baumann was 24 years old and previously served a tour in Iraq. It has been just amazing how everyone has pulled together. Businesses closed, fire departments, rescue squads, local and state police along with folks covered the entire route through 2 adjoining counties. Traffic stopped to honor this brave young man with flags, silence and prayers. Everyone put aside their differences, if only for a day. Being a military wife for 20 years, this bought so many emotions. I pray for peace and comfort for his family.
