OMG
Amazing Grace is my all time favorite

my cousin Dale, was baptised at Spring Creek and as he was walking in the creek to be baptised he fell in a hole and went under water and came up saying,
"G D it, SOB" as we were singing "Shall We Gather at the River"  then he kept saying "God forgive me"
I never laughed so hard in my life ----- never let him hear the end of it either
do you have a humorous church memory ----- if so, what is it

LOL  That is awful but funny!  I think the only funny thing I can think of is when I was about 7 years old, I was going to sing a song at this church (all by myself) and that morning, at the preacher's house, I was outside playing with their kitties and I went to go back inside and fell on their concrete blocks and BUSTED my head and had a HUGE "egg head" and had to sing with that huge knot in the middle of my head!   It was awful!    LOL
