If anyone wants to use this link to the IHD banner you may do so. A little free advertising always helps. You can use it on your MySpace page or your Blogs. Thank you in advance for helping IHD.

THIS MEMBER IS BANNED FROM IHD

« Reply #31 on: January 14, 2010, 08:25:41 AM »

Well, since my Website, monkeebidness.com,  is got a certain "look", on my links page I have an IHD link. It's not that I'm a "closet" dialysis person. I just want things to look a certain way. http://monkeebidness.com/links2.html It's not like anybody's gonna go "surf" monkeebidness.com, it just has videos I made for a demo and art I produced for fun and pay and music I produced for for TV commercials. most of which I produced 10 - 15 years ago. I change the website from time to time just to keep my mind sharp. This month monkeebidness.com kinda' has a mexican motif. I don't really see the need to put a big banner or banners on my website.

May I put a link to this site on our "Patients" Page (http://www.hemametrics.com/main.jsp?page=patientsContent.jsp)?  It is the one page that I work the hardest on and it just sucks. :sos;

As long as I am asking, I will put this out there....what would Patients (?) want on this page????  should I put a post out there asking that question????

Yes you may link to IHD.

You might want to start a resources page. The Renal Support Network has a good one here http://rsnhope.org/resources/national_patient_resources.php

Thank you.  We are in the process of making our home page more of Sales orientated.  We have reached a certain point of frustration of not getting our product more widely used. At the same time we want to make the Patent's page more interactive and Patient driven.  If I can find more web sites like this and the Renal Support Network, I will create the suggested page...Meanwhile, I will post theone the Patent's page as a start.

As for The Renal Support Network website, Lori Hartwell use to work for Hema Metrics, and we are strong supporters of her and her organization.

http://www.hemametrics.com/Patient_Booklet.pdf.  Well worth the read for anyone who is learning about dialysis and how the Crit-Line can help to get the best possible treatment.
Do other IHD members have any stories about Crit-Line?  I know many here have stories about crashing ...  If this is a valuable tool during dialysis, then it should be standard equipment for all dialysis centers, both home and in center, yes ?

Sorry I have been missing, the season and changes...all the small stuff that can suck you dry in business. You know, the items that seem so small when you are sick, but are so large when you aren't.

Anyway

Hema Metrics of course thinks that the Critline should be standard equipment for all dialysis Clinics....Do you know that it is the "Standard of Care" for Pediatrics Dialysis?   Given that, one would think that it would be for everyone on dialysis.

Meanwhile, YES, I am employed by Hema Metrics, however, I have my own medical problems, and I am a big supporter of patient care, patient involvement, and patient knowledge.  Some doctors don't like me very much, I ask too many question (not that I think there is any possibility of that). As such, I have learned what a Dialysis Patient goes though, the Provider's economic motivation, and in my consideration, how the patient will be the second Priority, and the Shareholder the first Priority in dialysis.
