I know I'm still new here, but I love this place! And so do my "corndoggies!"

:thx; to everyone for providing laughter, compassion, understanding, and information. Boy, I needed this place when I was undergoing dialysis!

It is on my list, once I get a transplant (fingers crossed) to fly over to Vegas, Chicago or wherever and attend one of these IHD meets...

well OK it's just to meet the ladies in the flesh you know ;)

no seriously... I definitely will do that... just need that you-know-what so I can get there and live it up with you all! :)

You all are my people!  That is why I come here every day.  If it were not for IHD.com I would be in a looney bin somewhere sucking on my thumb.

Actually, I was joking. This site is the total package. I think there needs to be a combination of information, help, and support as well as comradarie and fellowship. We have all that.

The diversity of this community is a real asset.  You get many perspectives and different experiences.  You can't get this except in a virtual community.
