Aldo Ciccolini plays Satie (vaimusic.com) unfortunately I cannot download it for you,
because I don't know how to do it, but he plays so very special!
Another treat is Domenico Scarlatti, Sonata in F Minor K 466 Cubus on YouTube.
Again cannot download it for you, but it just sounds divine and so very relaxing!

I have a record from the fifties with a write-up by Radio Corporation of America 1957 called "The Art of Rosa Ponselle"
with one recording from January 1928 with Ezio Pinza and the Metropolitan Opera Chorus and Orchestra.
This was always one of my most treasured records and I have just discovered that YouTube has it recorded:
Rosa Ponselle with Ezio Pinza "La vergine degli angeli" 1928 by Verdi. I am so happy that YouTube have recorded it!
Another treat listening to her beautiful voice is : Rosa Ponselle- Vissi d'arte Puccini-Tosca  YouTube.
Her voice is very special.

There's a small bird outside that makes a sound like a rattlesnake. I don't remember ever hearing such a sound. I think there's a nest near my office window somewhere.

I heard a rattler the other day before dialysis  -- I went outside to let Lady Bird go pee pee - the sound was out back near the wood pile -- and Yogi was going crazy  - I let both dogs come into the house and left my husband a note  - hours later when I got home my husband was watching sports and Yogi was outside asleep  - guess the snake went some other place  ---

right now listening to -- Allen and his dad talking football as they cut limbs down and trim the yard
