Washer and dryer running.  Listening hopefully for the sound of running water from the bathroom - the hot water pipe froze.  Only the bathroom pipe is frozen - I have hot water in the rest of the house.  I'm running a little ceramic heater under the sink on full blast, so maybe I'll get to take a shower yet tonight!

My wind chimes. They are large with a melodious sound- one is westminister, and I can't remember the name of the other- they are like 5 feet long. One was a Mother Day gift year in 05, and the next a Christmas gift that same year from my husband. It has been really breezy since he died, they sound beautiful.

It was fun, huh?  The Dark Knight...  I rented it the night I bought my new blu ray disk player just to  see how great BD is.  Well worth the money.

Well yea, I am a music snob  -- and a pack rat!  I was (and am) sorting old 33 records (mama, what's a record?) which should have been thrown away years ago.  I was listening to a scratchy Joan Sutherland recording.  Now its a Scot Joplin.... how retro am I?  I guess that all go to the trash on Tuesday.  I've only time left in this life to hear it all  just one more  time. ;musicalnote; ;musicalnote; ;musicalnote;
