Trees rustling from the breeze, birds chirping and an occasional airplane going by (live about 5 miles from a small aircraft airport).  Nice and relaxing while working from home.

It's finally cooled down and I can turn off the A/C and open the windows!  Yeah!! :bow;

The song "Interjections!" from Schoolhouse Rock

Great now it's stuck in my head and I haven't heard it in 14 years!! Soooo, I'm going to share the pain:
 :yahoo;
Interjections (Well!) show excitement (Oh!)
or emotion (Hey!).
They're generally set apart from a sentence
by an exclamation point,
Or a by a comma when the feeling's not as strong.

So when you're happy (Hurry!) or sad (Aw!)
Or frightened (Eeek!) or mad (Rats!)
Or excited (Wow!) or glad (Hey!)
An interjection starts a sentence right.

BTW, I'm listening to Bob Lonsberry WHAM 1180 talkshow. but now just the fan at my desk since my 'neighbor' at work complained about the whistling noise from my radio (AM doesn't come in good at the office). She was actually quite nice about it just wanted to know what was making the noise.

Listening to a new band I found called Creature Feature.  I'm not fond of most new "rock" music if that's what you want to call it but these guys are pretty good.  It's not that screaming/growling crap that most bands do now, more your alternative/grunge sound like you would hear in the late 80's & 90's.

I'm listening to my husband advise one of his former students, a girl from Afghanistan, about buying a house.  She's a very religious Muslim and as such, is conflicted about borrowing money for a mortgage (paying interest is against her beliefs although her Dad understands that that's how the system here works) but it seems as though she and her family are going to have to bite the bullet and borrow as they have a good down payment but obviously can't pay the full amount.  She often calls my husband as a sounding board on legal or practical issues.  She's a sweetheart and her family has been to hell and back in their lives.
