That is a couple hundred miles away from me. California is about 800 miles long.
There are some wineries down here but I think you are referring to Napa and Sonoma.

If you go up there you have to go to Calistoga and have a mud bath.  On my birthday one year my mom and her boyfriend took me and my then wife up wine tasting then to Calistoga.  We had a mud bath then got into a mineral water hot tub.  Then a full body wrap followed by a 1 hour massage.  They practically had to use a wheelbarrow to get me out of there.  I have never been more relaxed.

Sounds good to me.
Never had a mud bath (well not intentionally only when falling off horses!)

G'night x

My oldest son is at a friends.  My daughter is going to a school dance.  Boys night out for me and my 12 year old.  Going to one of his favorite restaurants: Hometown Buffet and then to the movies to see Hop.  :)

Nothing new here. Had to get up early and didn't want to due to roofer estimating repairs and then went back to bed. Now I'm just waiting for all my internet shopping to be delivered. Chocolate covered Twinkies, % Disc set of Tron Legacy/ Tron (nice and cheap on internet for pre ordering last month), jeans, and 2 other things off Amazon. If I had a Sam's club card, I would go get a case of those Ramen in a cup soups or Won Ton in a cup.

Hi fc

Ha ha you're not supposed to mention horses. Irish Heatbeat came 10th but emergency off the cuff bet on next race on
He's so cool romped home in 1st so not toooo disastrous I guess... I like to be at the track and see them in paddock before
but too much travelling as yet. Anyway my betting partner in crime lives an awful long way away!  ;)

I am always very well behaved Chris !!!!  ;) unless asked to be otherwise.  >:D

I know.  I try and spend a lot of time with them all.  In 2 weeks we are going on a great father/son campout.  We will be fishing, shooting, riding dirt bikes and quads and seeing a bunch of friends I have not seen in about a year.  A little glitch came up when Pop Warner sent a letter saying that my son was getting a Platinum award for being in the top performing students that participate in Pop Warner.  He receives this award every year.  The ceremony is the same weekend as the campout.  I let my little guy know and told him to think about it.  Last night he wanted to make sure we were going camping.

The camping sounds fun. They don't do much of that father/son stuff over here which is a shame.  ::)

It is through the YMCA.  They have a father/daughter program too.  I have been camping with over 300 just fathers and daughters which is really cool.
