So here I am again. 14 lbs lighter according to trainer's scale.  Off to do the rest of my three mile bike ride tonight. I did 1.5 in the heat this afternoon. Muggy weird weather for CA today with rain.

Yes, it’s August 2011 !   :cheer:

On 20th August 2006 I was told in Accident & Emergency
that I was in ESRF and only had a maximum of 6 months until “D”...
... and here I am, still “pre-D” with a perfectly boring diet
which still keeps my two little fighters going !!!

I suggest a puppy then work your way up to dog  :rofl; :rofl; :rofl; :rofl;
Or s it the other way around?

MooseMom, yes we made it through another month, but this heat is zapping all the fun out of it!

kristine, keep doing what your doing to keep the little beans going!

Sugarlump, did you get a new puppy or did you meet someone in your neighborhood?

Off to an early day today due to pup having an accident and trying to cover it with his bed. I thought dogs had better noses than us because him hiding it sure didn't fool my nose this early AM! So took him to his pool outside and it is already hot out at 6:00 am and washed him. Only had baby shampoo left and used that incase he did get any mess on him. Tat went well but he licked some of the soap and later vomitted his breakfast twice. Now he's resting in his pen. I need a cold shower now! I hate hot humid weather!

Thanks for your kind thoughts, Chris,
I do my very best to keep the two little fighters going.
Mind you, they do need lots of help...

Your puppy seems to come along nicely:
he already knows when an accident happened,
otherwise he would not try to “cover up the evidence”.
I do hope, he avoids accidents soon...

Best of luck from Kristina.

When are you next at A, Sugar?  I'm not making any promises (because I really am awfully shy) but if you want to go into C for lunch then I might join you (or there's always the concourse) ... I've got two and a half months to fill up or I'm going to go stark raving bonkers!  Maybe I should volunteer at my local charity shop ...

I don't know about your 100 degrees of heat, but I'll take that 125 she is in since it is a dry heat compared to this fricken humid heat. I can deal easily with the dry heat and actually go outside longer. No disservice to your daughters friend, just prefer her heat.
