Only peeps saying Have a nice day will be the hotel staf as you go out the front door, or some, not all of the store clerks. In general though, you won't hear that off the street.

I'll have to come see you so I can use the pool, I'll have to take photos off the rooftop.

What a craptastic day to take the train into the city! Amtrac ran into one of the commuter trains which shut down inbound and outbound trains to the city. Apparently conductors on the train aren't given much information because while waiting the automated system states there will be no trains coming or going and while people disperse to find other means to the city, a inbound train pulls in just as I just changed my appointment day for doc. I asked if they were going all the way into the city or stopping off early to bus us in. All they knew was that we are going all the way in. We got to Chicago and waited over two hours in the train just short of the station platform. People started getting very aggrivated, one man tried to exit the car so the train cops were called. My train was rerouted to a different portion of the station which was hard to navigate because it was dark, outside, uneven surface, but one person helped and then the train police guided me over the tracks and into the building. Almost was late to new appointment even after taking a cab.

Return trip is a whole other story with lots of waiting and people getting drunk for waiting for trains to leave due to delay.

I ordered Lady Gaga CD and got it, but forgot why I ordered it. I did not hear the song (well instrumental) that I saw on TV. I should have ordered Steele Dan instead for classic rock.

I got a box of old T-shirts out of storage.  It had about 20 concert T-shirts from the 70's and 80's.  I have The Who, Clapton, The Rolling Stones, Dylan, The Eagles, The Dead... I have the concert ticket stubs from each show as well and my son is taking pictures of the shirts with the tickets. He wants to see what they would go for on Ebay.  lol

bet they could fetch some money, or if you keep them, put them in a picture/ poster frame with the ticket, redecorate daughters room (after she leaves for college :rofl; ) and make it a music, tv, game room with those decorated on the wall with other music posters.

Oh boy. You all are doing exciting things! I am off on vacation and doing nothing.  Started a new food plan last Monday.  Kept to it all week so far.  Not too hard to make good choices when one has taken to poor chices out of the house.   I dreamed I ate pie last night.
