yes Baxter put it out, but no ISBN number was in the book and I think it was in house printing. I took pictures of the book to aid in search. The only thing I did not do was contact Baxter themselves since my thinking is that the book was published years ago. I will try to contact them at some point .

My neph borrowed the book and contacted Baxter nad could not get a copy.  I think he said he had his staff photocopy the whole book before he gave it back to me.

I am being trained to use a cane so I can better apply for a guide dog. Diabetes complications effected my vision, lost sight in one eye and visually imnpaired in the other with multiple surgeries to stabilize vision of what is left.
 
Have you tried cleaning browser history, internet cache, windows temporary files?
