I guess renally friendly bread would be a white bread, ie no whole grains that are high in phosphorus if you still have to worry about that sort of thing...

Anyway, time for bed I guess.  I didn't sleep much last night, and I don't want to be a lazy git and not get out of bed til noon or something.  Have a wonderful day and go get some wine to have with your posh french bread!

Melbourne looks very inviting in the sun Wanna come for a trip ??    :beer1; :beer1;

 :usaflag; :ukflag;
Going to Australia for a visit has always been my dream....I mean for yonks!  Should have done it before now because now I may not ever have the chance.

Re Force India, F1 is always on at such inconvenient times!  It's OK when it goes to Brazil, but when they're racing outside of the Americas, I don't really get a chance to watch, and I don't like watching taped sports because then my yelling doesn't help anyone. :P
BTW I don't think my yelling at the screen live has any effect either. Tends to make the horses slow down for sure and don't think Lewis could hear my instructions this morning over the engine noise "GET A MOVE ON! OVERTAKE NEXT CORNER! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!!!" to zero effect!!!   :urcrazy;

My yoiungest son with a hairline fracture of the leg (he plays rugby but spends most of his time in A and E rather than the rugby pitch!)   should be home 8th April.  ::)

Sorry SL that doesn't sound so nice.

RM calls rugby "thugby" lol now you see why.

I was in bed the whole weekend - don't feel my best today. But at work as always.  :flower;
