I wish I knew how it was made. It had a bread topping on it like. I had it at a hotel I was staying at.

     -cataract surgery twice on same eye (2000 - 2002). another one growing in good eye
     - vitrectomy in good eye post tx November 2003, totally blind for 4 months due to complications with meds and infection

Diagnosed with ESRD June 29, 1999
1st Dialysis - July 4, 1999
Last Dialysis - December 2, 2000

Kidney and Pancreas Transplant - December 3, 2000

Cataract Surgery on good eye - June 24, 2009
Knee Surgery 2010
2011/2012 in process of getting a guide dog
Guide Dog Training begins July 2, 2012 in NY
Guide Dog by end of July 2012
Next eye surgery late 2012 or 2013 if I feel like it

Give this a go, Chris.

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups milk
1/2 onion, finely chopped
3/4 pound grated cheddar cheese
1 cup lite cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour; blend until smooth. Very slowly stir in chicken broth and continue until mix is smooth. Add milk and stir. Add onion, continue cooking on low heat for 5 minutes. Add cheese and cook until melted. Stir and remove from heat. Stir in light cream, salt and cayenne pepper.

I'm back in
Doc visit was fun as sual, more meds to take due to what he see's starting. He's putting me on antibiotics, but if I get worse he won't hesitate to put me in the hospital. Since I got of the office late and sun was going down, I will get the antibiotics tomorrow. As long as I don't go in the hospital right now, I'll be ok. Or if I can put it off till Feb.

I think/ hope it was caught in time because he said he saw it was a little bronchitis developing which put me in the hospital in November of 2009 that required breathing treatments.

Found my Medic Alert bacelet outside. Now I know why I lost it because the twist band was broke. Had to have happen while shoveling snow since it was in the melting snow.
