Not much normal TV on, but atleast there is a Doctor Who marathon on BBC America.
Last night they showed a version of "A Christmas Carol" starring Catherine Tate as Scrooge.  It was excellent.  She is excellent I reckon.  And now I find that you can watch the whole thing online via the ABC website.

Unfortunately if you are out of Austrailia, it can not be watched. I will have to try to look elsewhere to hopefully see it.

I was sure I had his number saved on my phone, whoops!

I am back and came up with a new topic as I was shoveling snow, but forgot what I was going to ask. :banghead;

Now wondering what the big deal is about Blu-Ray. To me I see no difference other than movies cost more when not on sale. I can understand why I can't use 3D tech due to not having vision in one eye, but Blu-Ray I'm baffled at what is suppose to be better after watching 2 out of 3 movies. (No this wasn't my question since I watchd movies after shoveling)

Now that all of our TV signals are digital, I can really tell the difference between HD and regular TV.  But I can't say that I see a difference between HD and Blu-ray.

My Son in Law gave me a quick education in Blu-Ray yesterday when I asked the same question. He said that Blu-Ray is done in 1080 pixels and to appreciate it, one must have a 1080 pi TV.   I don't know if that helps Chris anymore than it helped me   :rofl;   but....oh well, I'm winning.

This a more serious note. I have had a lousy year and without IHD, I would have gone completely bonkers. It has helped me in three ways: it has allowed me to vent off when I needed to, it has given me great feedback and most importantly, it has shown that although I may have problems, there are so many others who are worse off than me and handle their situation with such courage and dignity. So to IHD, I salute you and thank you from the bottom of my heart.
