As hard as I worked today I should have worked my butt off, but.....it's still there!  :rofl; :rofl; :rofl;

I'm ready for the audit tomorrow, though. And now they are calling for snow tonight and tomorrow.

All my evenings are booked this week. Tonight I have to get the minutes and agenda ready for an iChat meeting on Wednesday. Tomorrow night I will be getting the Valentine's done for school. Then that meeting on Wednesday. Thursday night we have "off" from dialysis so we are taking my computer in for its fix. Whew! I'm tired just thinking about it all.  :rofl;

Thanks for holding me a spot here!
Jenna's white blood cell count is good - actually too good - now she's overshot the mark (can she do anything in a moderate way??) But the good news is there is no bone marrow biopsy needed - and they were able to do her kidney biopsy and cytogam infusion, so in a couple of days we will know more about how her kidney has weathered all the rejection and torture she's been through the last 3 weeks.
When I came out of the hospital, Jenna was weak and had been unable to walk more that 25 feet without resting, so we get to the car and guess what...? The battery was dead. Thank God for Auto Club, they put a rush on and they were there in 20 minutes. $140.00 later I left with a new battery.

Let's hope Jenna's kidney is as tough and determined as Jenna's mom (and tell that immune system to back off a little). Okarol, I am looking forward to you sharing some good news with us in a couple of days and I hope Jenna regains her strength quickly.

Well, the two guys from the state were here for about an hour and a half. Very pleasant and apologized profusely for the big hoo doo they caused last year when they came one day when I was absent! Then the fire marshal showed up this afternoon. Such a nice man. He didn't even want to see our list of fire drills because he said ours is always such a good school to visit. LOL. We DID have a fire drill yesterday and cleared the building in 17 seconds!

But I'm exhausted by the change in routine! Whew!

I think I know why I've been feeling so sick lately. I received my labs, and my creatinine jumped to 4.06, roughly GFR of 12. I had been at 3.79 2 months ago, and actually felt OK much of the time. My HGB is only at 9.4, but my GP does not want me to order more Aranesp. I only have one dose left to get me through to the transplant, March 18.
