Afternoon, IHDers!

Our dishwasher is on the blink, and it looks like an electrical problem (not my husband's domain) instead of a mechanical one. Bummer.  And this PC user has no smilies either.

Off to watch my son in a choral show at his school.... Till later....

Well, it has been an interesting day around here.  Beth was a judge today at the Art Magnet School  art contest.  She was called because the chair person had seen Beth's work.   So, that was fun.  But, a truck hit her on her way home. In my car.  Front is messed up, but Beth is good and the policeman cited the other driver.  And there was a witness that backed up Beth's statement.    It would have been worse if she had been in her little Miata, but my poor car looks kind of sad.  It is cosmetic and they will be responsible for repair costs.   In the big view, this is a little thing.

So, I think we are winners because everything will be fine.   :2thumbsup;     (and I have smiley's)   :rofl;

Marc on vacation?

Sorry to hear about Beth Paris, been there to many times people hitting me. Semi was the worst though.

Cariad, are you using a diffferent browser? If not, I wonder if it is a setting?  See you tomorrow in Chicago.

Bajanne, now I can't get that song out of my head. I forgot who sang it and it's playing in my head.

Windows 7, you just have to expect something not to work smoothly ....lol, where use to it  :rofl; :rofl; :rofl; I'l let you know when I get mine installed this week or next depending on when CD arrives in the mail. If Apple had more support in software like pc's do and have a dominate force in business, I think Apple would have some of the problems associated  with it, that's one of the common problems with open source software. Apple doesn't allow open source, so there isn't as many attacks on it, plus Apple doesn't have the market share in pc use due to price. But I do like Apple though.

Ohhh, I win! :bandance;

Chris, I'm using Internet Explorer 8 - isn't that a pretty common one? I don't know a thing about computers, so I'm lucky I even know what a browser is. Any suggestions on settings I might try to adjust? (Confused face should go here)

Can't wait to meet you tomorrow!

Good night, everyone.... (*waves*)

Hopefully you have done Windows updates Cariad, but even before that, you had smilies working. So my next thought was to look at profile settings, but that did not help. So I'm rattling my head and looking for possiblities.
