But don't give me your germs!  :rofl;

Dan, I know, Monday is D-Day.  :thumbdown;

This is what my husband said about dialysis yesterday when we were trying to schedule going to a regional picnic in another state:

Dialysis constrains your time (talking to me) but for me, it gives me 20 hours of time to do what I want every day that I would otherwise not have (because he would be dead!)

That really gave me pause.....

I had a day from hell.......!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hate auditors! I hate the crappy attitude my boss gets when he tries to blame someone else for his incompetence!
I hate working late! I really wanted to start my treadmill tonight but NOW I have to work!

I just hate when I feel so helpless when I am blamed for stuff I didn't do!!!! or was never told to do!!!!

Rant off.....

sorry folks I just had to get that off my chest......

Hope you all have a fab day....! (anything will be better than mine, I' m sure)

Lost bus and train ticket so had to scrounge for money and of course the bus only wants exact change which I thought I had and ended up over paying for the bus ride. Bus is $2.25 and I had to use a $5 and train was $9.80 round trip  >:(  I miss my prepaid pass! On the other hand I had a nice looking female sit next to me on thrain  :shy; that turned to  :Kit n Stik; when she started talking loud on her cell phone :rant;

What a day for most everyone.  The 2 youngest went to their mom's this weekend.  She has to have them home by 7 AM as we leave at 7:10.  She was 20 minutes late.  On the way to school I find out that they did not have breakfast either.  My daughter says she can get something at break.  I drop my daughter off at high school and then my oldest son at college.  I stop and get some breakfast for the little guy and he remembers that he needs the construction paper I bought him last week.  So I drive him back home to p/u the paper.  I then drop him off at middle school.  I go home to get ready for dialysis and my oldest calls me and says his stomach is killing him and he has diarrhea, could I please come pick him up?  I throw my stuff together and fly to his college and pick him up and bring him home.  I get to dialysis a little late and begin my treatment.  About 10 minutes before it is over I get horrific cramps in my legs.  My left leg still hurts.  I have 30 minutes to eat and then p/u my daughter and then my little guy.  He comes home and has 1 1/2 hours to do his homework, eat and get ready for football practice.  Then I go to practice from 5:15-7:50. Then home and make dinner for the rest of us.

I want a do-over!

We had an 80th birthday party for my dad last night at my mum's.  Lots of cousins and other family came and we had fish and chips and drinks etc and sang happy birthday and had a cake with candles etc.  My brother in law insists that it was pretty strange cos my dad actually died in 1992.  Ha ha.  But he WOULD have been 80 yesterday!  Any excuse for a party at our house!
