Would it be wrong to think "I should go to CA and roast some marshmellows and have a big cookout" That's one big campfire  that could cook a lot of food or smoke some butt  :rofl; :rofl;

   -glaucoma and surgery for that
     -cataract surgery twice on same eye (2000 - 2002). another one growing in good eye
     - vitrectomy in good eye post tx November 2003, totally blind for 4 months due to complications with meds and infection

Diagnosed with ESRD June 29, 1999
1st Dialysis - July 4, 1999
Last Dialysis - December 2, 2000

Kidney and Pancreas Transplant - December 3, 2000

Cataract Surgery on good eye - June 24, 2009
Knee Surgery 2010
2011/2012 in process of getting a guide dog
Guide Dog Training begins July 2, 2012 in NY
Guide Dog by end of July 2012
Next eye surgery late 2012 or 2013 if I feel like it

IHD - time to get UP!!!!  Day has started.   

Jess - congrats on two months post transplant.   :2thumbsup;
I am two years on the 13th post transplant.  Happy days are certainly here. 

Have a great day IHD - now I need to get back to work and do something useful (not that IHD isn't useful......)

Big day! First day of school for my 2 youngest.  My little guy starts Middle School and my daughter is a Junior.  I go to my transplant orientation meeting today.

Oh he's just to spoiled to drink out of bowl now I guess. He does get water from the bottle, but lately he will grab it out of your hands trying to get at it. Swatting it around the floor at times. Neat trick he does that has gotten annoying, especially wit the whinning at 3 am with the crack of any plastic bottle..
