You don't think I was going to let you all win, did you?!

Going to Drag Bingo tonight (daughter Melissa is the special events director for the Alliance) and Leslie Jordan is the guest host. He was on Will and Grace as Karen's nemisis.  Drag Bingo is always a hoot--really bad drag queens doing really bad lipsyncing, but it raises around $10,000 every month that goes straight to client services.  Sold out house - 700!!  But, I will sit up by the stage with Melissa--it pays to be the mother of the director!  I am ready for a night of laughs and seeing lots of good friends.

So, I will let you win for a little while, but I will return!!

Yes I did.  He is hysterical and all the local "queens" are all a twitter just thinking about him being there tonight.  My plan is to laugh all night long.  :rofl;   :rofl;  He donated his time and the Sheraton donated a suite for him for the weekend.  David and Dan, wish you guys were with me. We would have a great time.   AlohaBeth is the official photographer of the Alliance,so I hope she gets some great pictures for me to post.

Finally had a chance to get in the pool, but with all the rain it had dropped to 86 degrees! Very refreshing! :clap;

Have a great evening everyone!

How are you doing, Des?

Chris, you feeling better?

We bought a box of Dove dark chocolate bars at Sam's last night and it made me think of you, Chris.  :clap;

Up early this morning. Just couldn't sleep thinking of everything that needs to be done at school before the kiddoes arrive this week.

Let's get this weekend started!  :2thumbsup;

Spent most of the day working at the school getting ready to start back up. Things are just about ready! Only one room still needs some work, but we won't be able to go tomorrow. We have a philosophy discussion in the morning and have to do the Big D in the afternoon.

Had a wonderful, wonderful swim this evening while Carl was on dialysis. Wish you all could have been here.  :yahoo;
