okarol, the floor help releve pain in my back, but also lying down helps my abdomen from from having pain.

Dan, yes the onscreen keyboard does take getting use to. It's easier with a mouse, but that's not possible at the dialysis center so the touchpad has to be mastered. To bad the touchpad can not respond to writing letters with your finger as on a PDA, that would make things easier.

Actually I have used the mouse at the center.  I hold the computer partly on my knee balance on the chair arm and use the mouse on the little tray table.  That too takes some getting used to.  I'm thinking mouse with the on screen keyboard (?)  (of course it is a wireless mouse)  Tomorrow I'll just experiement with stuff.  Don't have a good movie anyway.

Admit it!  You like the floor so you don't roll off...  :rofl;   I know because I sometimes leave the bed and lie on the floor.  It truly helps the back.

Dan, do you have a mini notebook mouse? that may help with space. There are two different size mini mouses. Name brands are larger and then there are smaller, much smaller ones that are either wired or wireless. Wired I can get for less than $5, but wireless "micro" mouses are about $15.

As for the floor, not the best if your trying to watch TV, but great for listening to the radio.

Yes, I bought the mini mouse  (that's funny)  minnie mouse from Dell with my computer.  It only had two buttons but still it gets me around.  I use it all the time at home on the new computer and sometimes I try it at the center.  I had to pay 20 for it.

Starting to feel like I should have eaten today, well yesterday now.  Have to wait another hour to be able to eat something, but probably will be bored by 3 am to go downstairs. I then have to be up at 5:30 am so I can get to physical therapy in time at 8:15 am

Work on a Monday is always rather crapy ... the auditors just arrived and they are like little pestiring mosquitos.....hehe

Admin for IHateDialysis 2008 - 2014, retired.
Jenna is our daughter, bad bladder damaged her kidneys.
Was on in-center hemodialysis 2003-2007.
7 yr transplant lost due to rejection.
She did PD Sept. 2013 - July 2017
