Tinah, that scares me to death. How long did it take them to let you go? With 72 people in my center I don't know what would happen -- and the majority no mobile. Would be a traffic jam of ambulance people! And they don't have generators. Seems that would be a requirement.

Well from my understanding they have 15 minutes to either start the machines back up or let you go. But they are really good at that center the first sign of trouble they started to return all the blood to everyone. then they waited the 15 minutes and one by one took us off the machine. It all happened so fast. I was the first one off so I got out of there pretty quick. only 2 are picked up by ambulance and they waited to do them last since they knew they had to wait for transportation. Most everyone else drives so there were no issues there. |
