Good luck on your labs, Dan. It is always a waiting game!

I LOVE avocado. My fav sandwich is Swiss cheese, sprouts, avocado and Durkee's sandwich spread. MMMM.

And it is my secret ingredient for egg salad. I may not be much of a cook, but I get raves on my egg salad.  :yahoo;

I am not sure if I could buy it or not.  I haven't seen it in the store, but then again, I haven't really looked for it either.   :waiting;

Dan, I think we could talk theater all day long.  And it seems that David is a theater geek too  :2thumbsup;  I can't imagine tall Tommy playing Simon Legree!   Tommy has a good website with his paintings.  They are all fun and I love them.   "Tommy" -- like we are on first name bases!   Tony Curtis kissed me once!    :clap;

I once literally ran into Paul Newman because I was walking and looking behind me at the friend who was frantically trying to signal me that Paul Newman was there!  :rofl; :rofl;

Good grief. That was 40 years ago! OMG! I'm not that OLD!!!!

Getting the heck out of town.

I was, at one time, on a first name basis with Tommy Tune...

Yes, it was a genius stroke of casting and the ballet was so good.  At the time, it was the best thing I had ever seen.  My part as the prime minister was so tiny all I did was run around a play during rehearsals.  Come to think of it, that's been a big part of my life (running around playing).  I can't run anymore but I do play at lot.

David, tell me about your theatre experience...

In high school I played Leisl in the Sound of Music and Guinevere in Camelot. Now I just help direct my elementary students in their productions.

Getting old....

Funny, Beth just got here and was checking the schedule to see if there were any pre-shows.  She couldn't find any listed.

I just baked Texas Sheet Cake, Beth is making nacho cheese dip, hmmmm what else do we need?   Who is coming to watch with us?

Sounds good to me...

I was very bad.  I had refried beans with cheese bits on a tortilla with sliced avacado and  mango and a whole beer.  Labs Monday so I have a feeling this free stuff is going away....

May have the rest of my ice cream during the show.
