Weather is great today except for the Ozone level.  They said for old people to stay inside.  (now what can't we do?)

It feels nice a crisp here, almost like fall. What? Summer can't be over yet!

Summer should be over by now.  It's been HOT way too long.  Let's see!  June, July, Aug, Sept and part of Nov  (oh well, might as well get used to it).

I have not even been able to get in my pool yet. I'm a month late for that celebration. Carl is working on it right now. Can't find the d****d leak. If he can't find and fix it before we leave for Massachusetts we won't be able to leave the filter on automatic! ARGH!!!!

The pool will be nasty, nasty when we get back with our granddaughter, and that is the main reason she wants to come back with us! Well, she wants some time with Grandmom, too. For the past five years she has spent several weeks with us in the summer, but Carl has been babysitting her while I was teaching and her parents were in class with me. This summer is a treat. :2thumbsup;

Life! I better get myself ready for that interview! I hope this one works out. Wish me luck.

Tinah....what did you hear or do?

Hi David...Hi morning people.  I wash and put away all of last  weeks dishes and I just ate 10 cherries for my snack.  I'm guessing cherries are full of potassium....and who know what else.

If we don't quit hassling Dan about the boot, he might just give it to us!  :o

 :rofl; :rofl;

Interview went well. She liked us and we liked her. But now she has to figure if she can afford to work for us with the lousy pay we can afford. I will keep my fingers crossed.

I have worn the boot since I got up this morning.  It is so heavy and makes me tired.  Left foot booted, right foot bare.
