Hey, Chris, you got back before I did!  :2thumbsup;

Cherpep, with your help there is no way I'll be calling tech support.

Today we pretty much just set of the unit and started a batch. Seemed pretty easy. But tomorrow, we will still have to use the bags (in clinic!) since the bacteria report isn't back yet....

Sigh. The rep from NxStage will be coming to the house, too. Did they do that with you, Cherpep?

No, we never had an NxStage rep at the house.  However, my nurse manager came to the house on the first day we did dialysis here, it was part of the initial training.
