Sorry to hear that.  Are the kids "acting up" at school?

I love school, too, but one of our staff is out this week, we are having kindergarten visits for the children moving up into elementary and I have to word 7:30 - 5:30 and THEN go home and do dialysis. Sigh.

The good part is that the staff person is out because his wife is having twins. Today.  :2thumbsup;

All the extra work falls on me, though, since I'm kind of the boss.

One day, and then another Aleta.  I survived last week and you will get through this one.

I will give brief snippets of the weekend, so I don't overload everyone!   The Bride was an hour late for rehersal. Her Mother never showed up until the cocktail reception 2 hours later.    The Bride's Dad was over an hour late for the pictures before the wedding, causing everything to run late.  The groom's family---on time for everything and always where we suppose to be.   :thumbup;   When our family got there for the rehersal, she saw us and turned on her heel and walked away.  That is how she treated us the entire weekend.  I, on the other hand, was Miss Susie Sunshine---I introduced myself to all her relatives and friends.  Complimented everyone, thanked them for coming----my goal was to have everyone know how lucky CarrieAnn is to have me for a mother-in-law!!  You would have been proud of how I "worked the room".   I kissed and hugged everyone--including the wait staff!!

Way to go, Paris! How was the weather? I'm not too far from you and our weekend was rather dicey!

And yes, one day at a time....  :thx;

It is unbelievable that she could treat your family that way!  Absolutely unbelievable.  Based upon her parents' consideration for others, you can definitely see where she gets her princess complex.  I feel for your son, he's really got his hands full.  Good for you for rising above it all - great way to get through the day, you can definitely hold your head high and know that you were there for your son.  KUDOS!
