I am so tired, but I think the stress is wearing me out more than anything.  I should be enjoying all of this, but instead, we are out of the loop and not included. I did get the official email two days ago with the time schedule.  I need to practice saluting!  :rofl;  Even though they have rented the entire Bed and Breakfast and the three cottages ajoining, there is no room for our family to dress on site. We have been told to come dressed in our wedding attire.  Her family is all staying on the property - no room for us. Oh well.   It is suppose to be 88 with scattered thunderstorms.  It is an outdoor wedding.  Maybe God is giving his  :twocents;.  Off to run some errands.  I want to go to bed and sleep for days.  Next week--if I can just make it to next week.

IHD is my safe place.  I have to come here during the day to keep me sane.  And to put everything in perspective.  There are real troubles in this world and people I care about that have real struggles.  I could pay for everyone's rooms in Vegas with the catering bill for this "reenactment".    Sorry, I hijacked the thread!!    I WIN!!

Paris, you are too funny!  In all honesty, it does sound like it is going to be a stressful event.  I think you have the right attitude:  Just smile and get through it.

We are here for you!   :cuddle;

Getting the heck out of town.

« Reply #13938 on: May 07, 2009, 08:55:43 AM »

Ok, Paris, here's my advice.

Keep in mind that
1. Your son will be really really happy.    (in that case you win because you always want your children to be happy)

Or

2. He'll be really really miserable.   (in that case he'll dump her in a few short months and, guess what, you win again.

My arms and hands are getting these little brown age spots.  I tried to scrape some off and it bruised my arm.
I really can't understand why I am getting them....(no comments please)

Back from buying groceries to feed relatives while they stay with us.  If they are making the trip from Ohio to North Carolina, I feel they shouldn't have buy meals out.  Melissa said she would make mimosas and Beth is making Bloody Marys.  We will all be in a good mood by the time the wedding starts  :rofl;

Dan, I want choice number 2!!

Those spots are fairy kisses!!  Not age spots!  I have lots of fairy kisses  :rofl;
