Good Morning IHD - and I find a whole bunch of talk about helping Kitkatz with her vacation!!! WOOHOO - I'm in... and headed out now.  I know she is in warm weather and it was 4 degrees here this morning - BUT the sun is shining.

Chris - I still drink my regular coffee - just not as much as I used to - Doc said it was okay but only a couple of cups (well - they said one - I said two - see how easy it is to put your own spin on doctor's advice).  Their spin was it acted like a diuretic and of course they didn't want that after my transplant.  My blood pressure is under good control......

Happy Friday to Everyone

Miss grapefruit juice to, but way not worth the risk to drink due to posible reactions with meds. Drink it while you can Jess..
yes I do drink it while I can because I realize that any glass may be my last if I get "the call"
and yes, I know it can had side effects with meds, but none of them that i'm on right now.  but I'm gonna go cold turkey once i get a transplant and go on all the glorious meds.
