at this moment I am thinking I would be Natalie Cole so I could sing for a new kidney

or I would be a fairy godmother to many on this site -
wave my wand and everything is better

and then I would move on and be Coach Sherman and play Bubba Woodum in every game -
Aggie's need a winning season

I think I like being me.  Maybe I would wish not to be such a push over.  But I dont' think I would take away being sick. Being sick has made me who I am, and I kinda like who I am at the moment.

I think I would be myself, too. I have a great husband, lots of very interesting friends and a job that I love (most of the time). All in all, I feel pretty lucky. The kidney thing kind of sucks, but life ain't perfect! :2thumbsup;

When I was a kid (a skinny little white boy) I wanted to  be Ella Fitzgeral (go figure).  Now I'd just like to be that skinny little white boy again.

She does have a very warm and life-embracing voice!
Listening to her songs on a "rainy day",
her voice and songs make life sound so attractive again!

Bill Gates because

1. Money to burn.
2. Charities can be started out to do good.
3. I could screw with the people's minds and lives with Windows programs that mess up your internet and computer world and do not work properly until you have given me tons of money to fix it!!  :rofl; :rofl;

I wouldn't mind being myself 50 years ago...  I know for sure I'd take better care of my kidneys....

I would like to be the guy that helped push the Kitty Hawk so the Wright Brothers could make their first flight,

or the one that told young Banting that there must be something that he could do to help people with diabetes

or the one that agreed to run Rosevelt's campaign for President despite his being a cripple

or maybe the one that look at Peter and said, "hey maybe you guys should write some of this stuff down because this Jesus fella seems pretty smart."

Barring the ability to re- emerge as someone else I shall try to be the best man that I can be.
