Re: the In and Out bag.
My daughter and I were trying to figure out why anyone would buy this.
She pointed out In and Out fast food restaurants are only located in California and Arizona, so maybe that would supply at least an ounce of reasoning.
Someone who wants to buy it may not be able to get it in their State.

Yes, but why would you want just the bag? I would think you'd want the food.

The empty in-n-out bag sold for $255.00! Crazy huh? The auction guy added more photos from folks, fun to look at. I learned something new - you can order a malt with 3 flavors - like a Neapolitan! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170208630690&ssPageName=ADME:B:WNA:US:1123

Ok here is a weird one for you.

Why buy a corn flake when you can buy MY SOUL ?
http://cgi.ebay.com/Why-buy-a-corn-flake-when-you-can-buy-MY-SOUL_W0QQitemZ160228911230QQihZ006QQcategoryZ1469QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Well I have to tell you that Matt was pretty Freakin mad when he found out that his soul didn't sell. He told me that I better relist it. He really wants to tattoo your name as being the owner of him. Go ahead and grab it now at this price. If it doesn't sell at this one time price of $3,999.99, I will be bumping the starting bid back up to $5000.00..... Trying to make it fair for everyone, but the price is well worth it.

The other night I was putting items on Ebay, and my friend Matt asked me if I was willing to put his SOUL up for sale on Ebay. I asked him if he was just plain stupid, or crazy.  He simply said that he don't need his soul anymore. So heres the deal. Matt's SOUL is up for grabs. In order to prove to you that Matt is really selling his soul, I will be sending you a certificate of authenticity signed by Matt himself.  Matt will also be getting a Tattoo anywhere on his body from the neck down stating your name and that you have full ownership of his soul. You pick the spot on his body and he gets it.You may wonder why we are putting this up for auction under the corn flake section of Ebay, well in celebration of the $50,000 corn flake, Matt will consume a bowl of corn flakes while getting his ownership tattoo. We will photograph the event and you will receive all photos, receipts and documentation of the event. Paypal bids only. There is NO RETURN on this item.

I have been getting alot of questions regarding some untold details of this listing so i am adding some info. to try to answer your questions. After you bid on this auction and the money is cleared in my paypal account, I will be paying for the tattoo on Matt's body. Remember, he will get the tattoo anywhere on his body from the neck down. You pick the spot and he gets it. I will spend a maximum of 300 U.S. dollars on the tattoo.  For those of you that know anything about tattoos, that can be a fairly large tattoo. You can also pick the colors or color of the tattoo. The things you will receive for this auction....... 1.  You are going to get the original letter that Matt wrote stating that he is selling his soul to you. 2. You are going to receive several pictures of the tattooing event and of the tattoo itself. ( The tattoo is going to state your name and the fact that you are the owner of his soul. ) As a matter of fact, I will record on DVD the tattooing event and send you the DVD in the mail.3.  I will have a certificate made up stating that you have paid for and are hereby the owner of Matt's soul forever. You will receive this certificate. 4. You will receive receipts of the tattooing event from the tattoo studio.  Those are the physical things that you are going to receive in the mail. In my opinion, it is well worth it to bid on this auction just to have my idiot friend tattoo your name on him. Not too many people would do that. The items you receive in the mail will be quite the conversation piece at your home or office. I mean, how many people do you know that have their name tattooed on someone else stating that you have ownership of their soul. Remember that a soul is not a physical object and you will not have any legal rights to Matt's physical body. You have simply bought the rights to his soul and he will have to answer for that in the afterlife I suppose. Thanks for your interest and thanks for looking!

Is that a real eBay page? I thought it was against their rules to sell a person? And the law. And please don't try to argue with me that him 'selling his soul' is not selling his body!

Yep that is a real Ebay listing.  There is a whole section of weird an unusual things if you select the "everything else" category and leave the item description blank.  Then select the "Weird Stuff" category on the left.  Enjoy.  ;D
