innocent or guilty - not sure but I never feel rested anymore----can't remember what it feels like to feel rested
and I do not think a sleep number mattress would help

have you ever wanted to tell people to "shove it" when they gasp at the sight of your arm ( I try to never show it)

Ever feel unworthy of people's amazing kindnesses towards you.  Not totally I'm-no-good unworthy, more surprised (and pleased) that people thing enough of you to be so kind?
