Has anyone tried eating 5 small meals a day to help regulate their blood sugar?  I never eat alot at one sitting and end up not eating 3 meals because I am still stuffed from the first one.  I thought that if I planned 5 small meals a day, I would actually be able to get enough food (especially fruit and vegetables)  It might also help with the bloating and yuckiness I experience when eating meals.  And if I put the time into planning my meals then maybe, just maybe I will take the time to test my sugar, give my insulin and take my calcium pills.  I believe I will try this soon.  Just have to get to the grocery store.  Anyhow if anyone has tried this, has some sample meal plans or any advice, it surely would be appreciated.

Each day at a time, one drink at a time (or two, or three...etc)
