I love your dog Sluff!!  What a cutie.  Don't have a digging dog luckily, but one of my puppies we gave to a friend does.  I told her it isn't my fault, her mom doesn't dig - must be the FATHER! (Men...  :-*)

I made the mistake of telling Scooter how cute you all thought he was so he decided to have me take a few more pictures for you to see.

Oh he is a cutie Sluff!
There is a commercial that runs here that I love.
The dog goes to wake up the man and he doesn't wake up
so the dog goes down and brings up his breakfast tray
and the man has breakfast and then it shows the dog laying in the bed snoring.
It is real cute.

Love the pooch!    He's adorable!    :clap;

One of our dogs digs a little (by the fence).  He chewed on stuff in the house for a short time, but once we took him to puppy school he stopped.  The digging is him trying to get to the neighbors cat!

Run kitty!!!

I've seen that commercial..asked my husband if we could train our dog to bring us breakfast in bed. He said that no matter how smart our dog is, there's no way. Darnit!

It is cute and my dog gets the other side and bottom 1/4 of my bed. he jumps up on the bed then when he thinks I'm down for the night he goes down on the floor and when I get up in the middle of the night or in the morning he back up on my bed.  :urcrazy;

Yesterday, I talked a little about how I was frustrated with my hubby (thanks for letting me vent, by the way).  Then, last night, as I was dialyzing on my NxStage, he leaned over from behind me and gave me the most tender kiss on my forehead.  I am telling you, any negative feelings in my system simply melt away with that small gesture.  I become butter - pure BUTTER!  He sure knows how to work me, but I'm not complaining.  :)

Sluff - cute dog.  Dogs Rule.

For the husbands and/or wives and/or single people who don't like their dog digging up the yard - perhaps you should not let them be alone in the yard.  Dogs getting into trouble is usually a handler problem - not a dog problem.  (sorry to get preachy)  Instead of leaving them alone to entertain themselves I highly suggest a good long 30 to 60 minute daily walk.  Not only does it entertain the dog a little more they get to work off some stored up energy.    (dog walker could be employed if family is not up to an hour walk)

Dogs Rule!!

That would be great if I had the energy to walk 2 very large, energetic dogs, or the money to hire someone. But I don't.

Besides, our dogs get plenty of exercise ripping around and chasing each other in our fenced in yard for half an hour or more several times a day.

Maybe you could just ground your husband and not let him outside. Then he won't know what the dogs did in the yard. :)

Did you tell the hubby you were feeding the dog some food every now and then when it looked hungry?
