This is the funniest thread I have seen in a long time...why not a "normal" cowboy with kidney shaped holsters?  ;) Or, they can borrow my Halloween costume from last year and dress up like the boy band from the 80's -  The New Kidney on the Block!!  8)  :rofl;

BTW - the pee bag is compliments of my friend, Karen, who is in the pic with me. She is a nurse. That is actually beer in the bag, not urine, and she was dispensing to anyone adventurous to partake!!!! :rofl; :rofl; :rofl;

Australia's federal Minister for Health, Nicola Roxon, agreed to be photographed with a giant kidney, but drew the line at declaring kidney disease a national priority.

Ok it's not a kidney, but I gotta show you. I guess we should be grateful that THIS isn't the mascot invited to kidney events.
A bunch of health departments and AIDS groups have created Phil the Sore. You have to check out the website name - stopthesores.org. He's a little Syphillitic (is that how you say that?) sore cartoon character. He's supposed to make people with open sores on their genitals take notice and practice safe sex. The ad campaign is geared toward homosexual men. This is one of the subtopics on the website: "Phil kicks off the Campaign. We set a huge syphilis sore loose on the streets of L.A." They send out their mascot character to gay pride parades and stuff.
