I just sent this email out -- I borrowed a lot of it from the wonderful email going around...   I think people are probably getting sick of my emails :)  I mean, it's going to people I haven't talked to for years!  But peoples support have been amazing, we are only $45 from our $5,000 goal!

Happy World Kidney Day!

Are you an organ donor?

Today is World Kidney Day. One simple act from you may save lives of those waiting for a kidney transplant.  Please take a moment to sign a donor card and make your wishes known to your family.  Also, if you ever feel that you could be a living donor, there is great information at www.donatelife.com.   Another good source of information for living donors is www.livingdonors.com.

There are so many waiting for a second chance.  Heaven doesn't want your organs---but there are many people on earth that do!   Please consider giving the gift of life when you make your final plans.

You could save 8 lives with your organs.  Think of that, 8 people.  Mothers and Fathers, Children, Grandchildren...  All have a second chance because of your kindness to do this simple act of signing a piece of paper.

If you are interested in making a donation in honor of World Kidney Day, please follow this link to my donation page for the Triangle Kidney Walk on March 29th.  Our team is amazingly only $45 from our $5,000 goal!  Help us get there!
https://www.kintera.org/faf/donorReg/donorPledge.asp?ievent=250772&lis=1&kntae250772=C2E68FE9883F41D9ADC002D88B627CBF&supId=205271606

Your donation could save my mothers life.

Thank you again for those who have donated and those keeping us in their thoughts!

I love you all,
Beth
