You all have a special place in my and Marvin's hearts; therefore, you must all be our Valentines (especially Sluff -- though he may appear to be tough on the outside, he's just one big sweetheart !
-- your secret's out, Sluff!). Paris and willieandwinnie, you're very special to us, too. Love you all -- and don't forget to love the ones in your lives, too!

Defying All The Odds
i guess when you love someone,
you'll realize that it would never be about you
and how you want your relationship to be..
It's about staying intact
and finding ways of making things alright
when life says they shouldn't be..
It's called defying all the odds
for something they call......
EVERYTHING!
Love, Mimi

Losing Goofynina on Valentine's Day is so poetic, she was the heart of IHD.
Someone sent me this:
I would rather have one rose and a kind word
from a friend while I'm here
than a whole truck load when I'm gone.

When I read the news about Goofynina, I thought it was so fitting (albeit sad and much too soon) that she went "home" on Valentine's Day. She was everybody's sweetheart and had so much love in her heart for those around her (including all of us). For centuries, this day was set aside as the day of "love." For us, we can now associate it with
love
and with our
Goofynina
. How appropriate that those two words are now tied together forever.
