I'm a 39 yrs old. I was on dialysis from 94 to 99. I had a transplant in Oct. of 99. I just lost the transplanted kidney last year. So I am back on dialysis since Sept. of 07. I was on Pd for the first year in 94 then switched to Hemo. i am currently on hemo again.I am a single with 2 great kids. A son 14 and a daughter 4. They are what keeps me going. I am so glad to find IHD. I have been looking for a place to meet people who will understand what it's like. I look forward to talking with many of you. NEVER WEAKEN!

Welcome to the best site on the net, plenty to read and share here. Sorry to hear your new kidney failed, but you did get 8 good years off dialysis. Are you going back on the transplant list?

Welcome to Ihatedialysis.com NVRWKN,

Glad you found us and sorry about the loss of your transplanted kidney. I'm also glad that you try to remain upbeat and who knows maybe another transplant is in your future. Kids are wonderful aren't they. There is always a reason for everything in his great plan even if sometimes we don't understand it. I hope you find our site easy to navigate and if you have any questions just ask.
