So glad it was something that could be taken care of. I will keep you in my prayers! And I've had that wound vac and other types of drains and such. None of them are ever fun to have or comfortable but they do a good job. With my last major surgery they didn't put one in and I got an infection between the layers of skin. Them cutting the wound back open at my bedside was a whole lot less fun than if they had just used the vac in the first place!
Get well soon!

I just spoke to Susie's mom. She said that they are getting her to eat now and later today the nurses want her up to walk a bit. The hope is that she can go home on Monday, so she needs to be able to get up and down.
Her Mom said the doctor feel confident that they got the deposits that were causing Susie so much pain. Now it's recovery she needs to focus on.

I talked with goofynina on the phone and she is doing well, but she is in lots of pain. She is in control of the morphine button. I don't know if she will remember calling me or not but I just hope the pain ceases soon.

I also had a call from Goofynina, and had just arrived at Kitkatz and Victor's house to meet aharris2 (Rolando and Alene) - so we got to talk to her. She said she's hurting so she keeps hitting the button. I hope it gets better each day. We took this photo for you Susie...
