Hi,
I am not even sure I am doing this the right way, but was so glad to find this website.  I am the mother of 19 year old young man on home hemodialysis using NxStage and PureFlow.  Marcus has had 3 transplants, all have failed.  He is doing well on the NxStage.  There are days that I want to throw it all out the window and then use a hammer on it....but it is one way I can keep working and keep health insurance for him.  Looking forward to seeing comments from others.

 :welcomesign; You have found a great source of support and information.  This site has helped me more than I can say the past two years.   It sounds like Marcus has had a rough time and I am sure it has been hard as his mother to watch him go through so much.  We are here for both of you. Jenna is our daughter, bad bladder damaged her kidneys.
Was on in-center hemodialysis 2003-2007.
7 yr transplant lost due to rejection.
She did PD Sept. 2013 - July 2017

1993 diagnosed with glomerulonephritis.
Oct 41, 2007 - Got fistula placed.
Feb 13, 2008 - Activated on "the list".
Nov 5, 2008 - Received living donor transplant from my sister-in-law, Etta.
Nov 5, 2011 - THREE YEARS POST TRANSPLANT!  :D
