Hey guys, this is a serious job posting. If you're interested, please PM me. *I have also posted this in the Working While on Dialysis section*

I work for a company called SJV & Associates, and we do Background Checks for loss prevention companies and the like. We have recently gotten into the business of supplying Vital Records, specifically, death certificates. We need people in various states who are willing and able to get to their county and/or state Vital Records office to retrieve the certificates. This could be at the health department, state archives, or somewhere similar. We will reimburse you the upfront cost of the certificates you retrieve (usually $5 to $20 each) plus $10 for each search completed, even if a certificate was not found using the information we provide.

You will need to provide a monthly invoice of the searches you have conducted (very easily done using Excel or Word). We pay 45-50 days after the month ends. For instance, on December 20, we paid invoices for October's work. You will also need to pass a comprehensive background check (that is our business, after all). You must also have reliable transportation.

This is a low-stress, easily done on your non-dialysis days job. The volume of work you receive depends on where you are located and if you are able to get to your state office (this is preferred) or can only do select counties.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me by PM. By the way, this helps me personally, because the more investigators I can get, then fewer forms I have to fill out!

I received a 6 out of 6 antigen match transplant on January 9, 2008. Third transplant, first time on The List.
