Hello, First time poster. Would like to say kudos to the patients. You all put up with so much. I would not be at my job if not for you. The FMC company is so cheap. 20 year worker, no x-mas bonus or even a stinking turkey. Our boss walks in, no hello, nice job. Just starts her favoritism. The favoritism is with pts. also. I have worked at this unit so long that I can't tell you what really goes on. Just want to say that an educated pt. will be better off than an uneducated pt. Please watch what everyone does to you. Ask questions. refuse to let them do things without an explanation. Love ya all.
