Hi everyone. Well Brad and I got into a huge argument. I decided that if he would not break up with his gf, that nothing could happen between him and I. I kind of let him have it. I told him that he was not only being unfair to me, but to his gf as well, and he apparently didn't like that and said that I was insulting him I just cannot be a part of his cheating and told him that. I am so much more than that and if he cannot see that , oh well, he can go kick rocks, and I'll wait until a GOOD guy comes around!!

I can totally relate to that statement Karen. When you find out you are being had it is time to split. You were right to give him a piece of your mind. There are much finer fish in the sea than that species.

Well done! I bet it was very hard to tell him good-bye. Be proud of yourself for having the strength to let him go.

It takes a lot of courage to let someone go that meant something to you. My girlfriend was in the same situation, but the guy told her that he would not leave the girlfriend and he wasn't ready to give her any more either. She was so over the top in love with him and stayed with him for years. FINALLY, she'd had enough. I told her then that now she had time to find someone just for her. Well, she did about 8 months later and they plan on getting married! Time to heal then move on. take care

Usually it is the guy that splits before Christmas so he doesn't have to buy presents. Merry Christmas Karen you gave yourself the greatest gift. I hope you find someone worthy of you!

Good for you, Karen! You deserve someone better- I feel that if a man will do this to his present wife, girlfriend, etc- he is probably going to do it to whomever follows. Anne
