October 2006 - Kidney function started to decline

well...  I made it, I'm in my hospital room and the surgery went well, no complications. However it does hurt like hell!!!! LOL so I'm thinking I might be going home tommorow. Just keeping you all updated, thanks so much for the kind words, it means a lot.. Well I'm getting morphine now so I'm gonna be done for awhile....  I'll let u all know how things are again soon... Matt

Admin for IHateDialysis 2008 - 2014, retired.
Jenna is our daughter, bad bladder damaged her kidneys.
Was on in-center hemodialysis 2003-2007.
7 yr transplant lost due to rejection.
She did PD Sept. 2013 - July 2017
Found a swap living donor using social media, friends, family.
New kidney in a paired donation swap July 26, 2017.
