you might like to try this ..Now im  not saying it will work for everyone , but it sure works for me ! I have bought a floor standing fan and have it pointed at the bottom end of my bed across where my legs are , i keep this fan going all night and since i have done this , i havent had 'restless legs'. If you have a fan , give it a try ,for me it seems the cooler i keep my legs at night , the better they are and if it works, its better than MORE tablets !  :2thumbsup;

Kickstart I think there is a link with restless leggs and heat. If I stick my legs out of the duvet in winter when the bedroom is cool it usually stops. I think I'll try the fan in summer though. Thanks for the tip. :thumbup;

WOW!  I'm the EXACT opposite!  I've found that the restless legs I have is from being too cold!  I've bought an electrical blanket and I've found that the warmer I keep my legs, the less they want to move at night!
