Corn bread comes two ways: not sweet and sweet. When you're expecting one and get the other, it's quite a surprise. I like it sweet. The Boston Market little corn breads are super, but my favorite recipe is this: Open the box of Jiffy Mix and make it according to package directions. Make it into a loaf and be very careful not to overcook it. Serve it warm from the oven loaded with butter, just melting into it. Ooh baby!alene
