 :waving;

What is this all about really?

before my kidneys failed i was a teacher of tai chi and qigong.  qigong is an ancient system of health maintanence that relys on gentle movements, believed to be a stimulus to specific acupuncture points, and deep, abdominal breathing. the practice goes back about a thousand years and is believed to have originated from taoist and buddhist monks, who also practiced martial arts, so qigong was what they developed to support their martial art practice.

Sweet video and it does remind us of Susie.  I keep watching the calendar--can't believe a year has almost come and gone.  She still lives on strong in our hearts.   :cuddle;

I'm not sure if this will work for you, but I Googled Wallace & Gromit: Cracking Contraptions  and and Google shows it also. Just try doing a search on the title to see if a film comes up.

I love watching birds, especially eagles.  The eagles on the Channel Islands off the southern California coast are so marvelous!  They are just laying their eggs this time of year.  Watching the parents incubate the eggs, the hatching of the eggs and the tending to the little eaglets is wonderful.  I have learned so much about these majestic creatures over the past several years.

Now Karol, that link was just plain cruel.  Kathy and I almost wet our pants AND popped a couple of staples last night when we watched it.  That is one funny woman, tasteful or not.
