There are 2 way to set it to your background on your pc (if yours cooperates  :rofl;) Actually there are 3, but these 2 are the easiest.
First method:
Go the file where the picture is located
Right click on picture
Scroll  to Set as Desktop Background and left click on it.
Close or minimize windows to view

Second method

On your open Desktop, with no window open, right click on it
Scroll down to properties and left click on it.
 Display Properties window will appear
In the tabs near the top of the window, left click on Desktop
Left click on the Browse tab to the right of the display window
Search for file location of the picture you want to add for desktop display
Left Click on the picture
In the Position Box that is below the Browse tab, select how you want it displayed, Stretched, Tile, or Center. Usually one would want stretch to fill the whole display
Left Click on Apply tab near the bottom right
Left click on OK
View Image

 :yahoo; IT'S A KEEPER  :yahoo;  I made it into my wallpaper (which means i deleted the Raiders emblem that we've had since we bought the pc) and i was wondering what hubby would say and he just asked, "where did you get that"  i told him Chris from IHD, and he said, "ayeeeee babe"  and i am gonna take that as OK, you can keep it (for now) ;) ;)  :bandance; :bandance;
